We undertake ISVA HomeSurveys, which are a Level 2 survey - i.e. an intermediate survey report. The report will highlight the major defects but provides this as a compact report, using set headings. This type of report is suitable for houses built after around 1910, and of traditional construction. We would recommend that all non-traditional, older, or Listed Buildings that we carry out a full Building Survey. Similarly, if the property has been heavily extended or converted, then you should seek a Building Survey Report (Level Three Survey.)
